1. Return Period

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Non-returnable items include innerwear and discounted sale items.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will arrange courier pickup or guide you on the return shipping process.
  • Once received, items will be inspected before approval of return.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days after quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 24 working hours with a 360° unboxing video.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
